In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Best florist I've had in 30 years. Arrangements are very aromatic and last a very long time. Not unusual for me to receive from guests, and family members, positive comments on how beautiful the flowers always look. I love receiving them from your delivery person, and they are always ready to be displayed. I don't have to take them out of a box or arrange them myself. Again, the presentation is high quality. When I'm not sure of the best bouquet for the occasion Steven Mueller's staff comes through with a big win every time. They have even helped me out with a couple last minute near misses on my wedding anniversary and kept me out of the doghouse.
