The roses were beautiful and our friend was thrilled to receive them. My only disappointment when seeing a picture of the delivered flowers, was that the vase was tall, instead of the chunky round vase in the picture. I searched for bouquets in rounds vases before selecting This Magic Moment because I love that look so much. Otherwise, everything was great. Thanks!

After I made a mistake with the delivery information, Steven called me personally and made me feel better after I apologized for the error. His employee delivered the most beautiful arrangement to our loved one and was very kind despite the confusion with the address.
